Pre-sale service:

3.The warranty period of diesel generator provided by the supplier is calculated from 15 days after the supplier sells the product.

4.After the expiration of the warranty period, the supplier will provide a lifetime paid service.

5.During the quality guarantee period, the supplier shall provide free parts and send to the buyer for the failure caused by the manufacturing defect of the equipment and the product itself, and the buyer’s technical personnel will replace it.

6.Improper use or artificial damage by the buyer is not covered by the free warranty.

7.The three filters must be replaced regularly.Such wearing parts are not covered by the warranty.

8.According to the customer's requirements, our engineers can go to the customer's place to guide the installation and commissioning. The customer will be reimbursed for travel expenses, accommodation, meals and other expenses, and labor wages must be paid.
