Q1: How long will it take for delivery ?
A1: 15-20 days for sample order. 30-40 days for the 1*40HQ.
Q2: Do you accept sample order before place bulk order?
A2: Yes,sure,the sample order is acceptable, but production cost and shipping cost would be for the buyer’s account.
Q3: Do you accept customized according to our requirements?
A3: Yes,We have a professional design team, customized service and OEM/ODM are welcome,from design to sample finish,can be offer professional drawing and suggestions.
Q4: How is your After-Sales service?
A4: Any defective products, please email us the pictures of defective products, If the problem on our side occur, products can be returned, we will send you a replacement without extra fee.
Q5: How can I know the process of my order?
A5: The sales will keep follow the order and take some pictures to you. If need, we will send the production schedule by week to you.
Q6:May I choose the colors?
A6. Yes. We have various colors of different materials, such as PU leather, fabric.
Q7: Is it OK to mark my logo on the product?
A7: Yes. Please provide us your logo image and certificate before production procedure get started. Logo customization on packaging box and product surface are both acceptable.
Q8: What's the order procedure?
A8: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order.Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
