IOL Delivery System(UV-Injector)

Advancements in cataract surgery have necessitated the availability of intraocular lens delivery systems that can safely, effectively and predictably deliver IOLs in the eye. IOL Delivery System(UV-Injector) is composed of injector body, silicon stopper and cartridge. Our disposable cartridges are moulded from biocompatible Polypropylene copolymer, which ensures the smoothness of the surface.

Characteristics of IOL Delivery System(UV-Injector)

1. UV-Injector is used to reduce cataract surgery incision size. Surgeons have wider choice for cataract surgical incision size: 2.2 mm (PPF22,PPF22/S), 2.5 mm (PPF25) and 2.8mm (PPF28,PPF28/S).

IOL Delivery System(UV-Injector) Instruction for use:

1. Open the package using standard sterile procedure.

2. Apply a moderate amount of Viscoelastic HA-Gel into the cartridge.

3. Place the foldable IOL into the cartridge tunnel.

4. While closing the cartridge make sure that the haptics are inside cartridge tunnel and snap the cartridge closed.

5.Push the plunger to inject the foldable IOL.
