Gabion Mesh Basket Profile:
Gabion boxes are made of heavy duty hexagonal wire nettings
Finish can be hot-dipped galvanized, galvanized aluminum alloy or PVC coated Galvanized Wire
Filled with rock or rubble to economically and effectively construct earth retaining walls and erosion control structures.
Different surface treatment method of Gabion Mesh Basket:
a. Hot-dipped galvanized , Mass of Zinc Coating , Up to 300g/m2
b. PVC Coated Mattresses and gabion baskets are also available with a 0.5mm nominal thickness P.V.C. coating to enhance the
resistance of the baskets to corrosion of the wire mesh. This provides a overall increase in diameter of 1mm to all wires used in
the manufacturing process.
c. Galfan, 95% zinc, 5% aluminum
