Walkway steel grating introduction:
Steel grating is a kind of widely used grid products. They are used in various industrial fields and has the strongest resistance to surface impact.
According to the surface treatment,they can be divided into hot-dip galvanized steel grating, spray paint steel grating, stainless steel grating and original steel grating.
Galvanized serrated bar steel grating details:
Cross bar spacing: 30- 150 mm (center distance)
Crossbar Size: Generally 5 x 5 twisted rod, 6 x 6 twisted rod
Bearing bar Size: Usually 20 x 3 mm ~ 100 x 7 mm
Bearing bar spacing: 30,31,32.5,34.5,35,40 mm (center distance)
Bearing bar type:
P refers to common plain type
S refers to reinforced anti-skid serrated type
I refers to load bar with I- shape section
Surface Treatment:
G refers to hot- dip galvanizing (as default)
P refers to dip painting
U refers to no surface treatment
Galvanized serrated bar steel grating size:
1. Size: 1000mm L x 660mm W/pc, closed ends
2. Flat bar: 40x6mm, 25mm spacing from center to center
3. Round bar (2nos.): Ø20mm slot through flat bar, fully welding at the ending of
the flat bar;
4. Finish: Hot dipped galvanized.
