Serrated Steel Grating introduction:
Steel grating is a kind of widely used grid products. They are used in various industrial fields and has the strongest resistance to surface impact.
According to the surface treatment,they can be divided into hot-dip galvanized steel grating, spray paint steel grating, stainless steel grating and original steel grating.
Galvanized serrated bar steel grating types:
There are mainly four types bearing bars as belowing which are frequently used for steel gratings.
Here we mainly introduce the I bar gratings. Same as normal bearing bars, there are two type of the I bars, plain type I bar and serrated type I bar. The main advantage of I bar steel grating is it is with high strength – to- weight ratio.
Surface treatment of galvanized serrated bar steel grating:
1) Hot dip galvanized as per ASTM A123 or EN ISO 1461 or special requirement
2) Painted or Powder Coated
3) HDG plus painted/powder coated
