Discriptions of steel grating:

Steel grating is manufactured using an electro-forgewelding process that applies pressure and heat to fuse square, twisted cross bars into load-bearing bars of various thicknesses and depths.
The result is a product of one-piece construction that complies with AS1657-2013.
The press welded galvanized steel grating/grille/grate is made of load flat steel bar and cross bar, placed horizontally and vertically, and at an equal pitch apart, by welding with 200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment, then cutting,
punching and banding ends.

Hot Dipped Galvanized standard of steel grating:

Normally,Hot galvanizing will be carried out after end welding process,For the thickness of bearing bars is not less than 5mm,the weight of average Zinc Layer will not be less than 610g/m2.When the thickness of bearing bars is less than 5mm,the weight of average Zinc Layer

Will not be less than 460g/m2. The quality and requirements after hot galvanizing are subject to the standards of GB/T 13912.
