Introduction:
Wire gabion net is composed of metal wire woven into angular net (hexagonal net) assembled into a cage, because of the woven metal wire similar to lead wire, so called wire gabion net. According to the requirements of engineering design assembled into a box, and loaded stone and other filling materials after connecting into one, used as dike, roadbed protection, slope protection and other projects.
Wire diameter is usually in the range of 2.0-4.0mm, wire gabion steel wire tensile strength between 350-500mpa, galvanized quantity is generally ≥ 245G /m2, wire gabion mesh edge diameter is generally greater than the net surface diameter.
Lead wire gabion material classification:
1. Galvanized steel wire: the diameter of 2.0-4.0 mm high quality low carbon steel wire, wire tensile strength is not less than 350 Mpa, wire surface using hot dip galvanized protection, wire surface galvanized. The thickness of the protective layer is made according to customer requirements, and the maximum amount of galvanizing is 500g/m2.
2. Zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire :(also called Galfan) steel wire, in recent years. In the international rise of a new material, its corrosion resistance than the traditional pure galvanized steel wire is more than 3 times higher than the amount of material, diameter up to 2.0mm-4.0mm, tensile strength is not less than 350Mpa.
3. Galvanized wire coated: high quality low carbon steel wire coated with PVC protective coating on the surface of the wire. And then woven into different specifications of lead wire gabion. This PVC protective layer will greatly improve the protection of high pollution environment, and through the choice of different colors, so that it is integrated with the surrounding environment.
4. Zinc -5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy coating: PVC coated on the zinc -5% aluminum - mixed rare earth alloy wire surface, and woven into different specifications of the hexagonal net.
