Gabion Baskets are cages which are engineered from double twisted hexagonal woven steel wire mesh. Delivered flat-packed, our gabions are assembled and then filled with stones at the project site.

Gabion baskets are made from high-quality steel wire, which is heavily galvanised. An additional protective polymeric coating is also applied for gabions that are to be used in more aggressive environments, or where a longer design life is required. 

 In order to reinforce the structure, all mesh panel edges are selvedged with a wire having a greater diameter.

Our gabions are manufactured in our factories around the world. The management and production system in many of our factories is certified in compliance with ISO 9001.
