The holes of rotational molding products can be designed as either convex through holes or blind holes, as well as concave through holes and blind holes. Generally, the holes with any shape and size can be formed by rotational molding, and the round hole is the most common one.

The blind hole in the inner field is the most easy to roll molding as long as an insert with the same concave depth and diameter as that of the blind hole is inserted into the mold. Of course, the insert must have good thermal conductivity higher than that of the mold. In this way, the temperature of the insert can be enough to ensure that the raw material can be coated on it after melting to meet the molding requirements of the diameter and depth of the hole.
