In rotational molding products, , the difficulty of mold making and the difficulty of rotational molding process and demoulding are increase due to the corresponding thread shape should be designed and formed. The design of screw thread involves many design points, such as holes, stiffeners, closed parallel double walls and concave convex parts, must follow the criteria of these points to design reasonable screw threads. In rotational molding products, the thread should be designed to be similar to the structure of solid reinforcement. These threads are actually a sealed double wall structure. The ideal thread profile should be that the raw powder has enough space to flow freely during rotational molding.
