Summarization: SANLI ESR tubes contain a 3.8% buffered tri-sodium citrate solution (0.129mol/l) with the mixing ratio of 1 part citrate solution to 4 parts blood. They are used for blood collection and anticoagulation for sedimentation rate test. ESR Tube with Sandwich Material consists of inner tube made of PP and outer tube made of PET. Inner tube made of PP can avoid the additive decrease, which maintains the concentration of sodium citrate stable. Outer tube made of PET can guarantee vacuum stable for long time.

Usage: The tube is equipped with 0.129mol/L sodium citrate of 0.32 ml, blood collection to the central scale of 1.28ml, the total capacity of 1.6ml. After the blood collection, immediately reversed 4-5 times, so that the anticoagulant fully mixed with the blood. And then put into the D2010 automatic ESR analysis and red the data after 30 minutes. The product saves time and effort, and eliminates cross infection from the source.
