Product Description of Water Color Diesel Refining Plant
PPGT oil extraction and desulfurization plant is carried out to efficiently remove poly aromatic hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing compounds, colloids and asphaltenes for diesel from cracking distillation streams or pyrolysis. It adopts PurePath exclusive technology combining with ultrosound and hydrocavitation to enhance the desulfurization oxidation reaction. It's 10-20 times desulfurization ability than ordinary silica gel refining or desulfurization catalyst. It could produce water color diesel from dark or red diesel, meanwhile the desulfurization diesel is with optimal oxidation stability which could even store 6 months without color change.

1, What's the main purpose of PPGT-SDS?
It's mainly used to deep desulfurization for kinds of bad quality diesel from cracking distillation, pyrolysis plant or red and dark color diesel from oxidization.
2, Is there any contaminants generated from PPGT-SDS?
No, as a upgrade alternative of silica gel or clay refining, PPGT-SDS is no waste generated during refining process. It's completely pollution-free and the refined diesel will be with good properties like hydrotreated petroleum products.
3, How much oil we can get after PPGT-SDS deep desulfurization process?
We can get more than 99% polished oil from PPGT-SDS; The oil loss is only 0.5%-1%.
