PPGT-UC-SDS as the Purepath's main oil desulfurization &refining equipment, it combines a variety of leading edge technologies such as hydraulic cavitation enhancing reaction effect, ultrasonic oxidation increasing desulfurization ratio, complexing centrifugal extraction and packing type distillation column ensuring solvent recovery accuracy and efficiency etc..
PPGT-UC-SDS is carried out to efficiently remove poly aromatic hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing compounds, colloids and asphaltenes from the feed stock to improve viscosity index, color, oxidation stability through the action of PPGT provided composite extracting agent. Especially for the refining of base oil and diesel oil, refined base oil will be closed to API II standard with water color; refined diesel will be API standard commercial diesel fuel with less than 50ppm of sulphur content and water color which could be used for high speed diesel engines/vehicles directly.

1, What's the main purpose of PPGT-SDS?
It's mainly used to deep desulfurization for kinds of bad quality diesel from cracking distillation, pyrolysis plant or red and dark color diesel from oxidization.
2, How much oil we can get after PPGT-SDS deep desulfurization process?
We can get more than 99% polished oil from PPGT-SDS; The oil loss is only 0.5%-1%.
