ZK SG600 Solar Pump Inverter System Overview
The SG600 series solar pump inverter is a low voltage AC drive with ratings from 0.3 to 100KW, designed to operate using energy from solar panels or photovoltaic cells (PV). This advanced inverter features dual supply mode capability, automatically switching to grid power when solar energy is unavailable. Solar Array Selection Guidelines
Connect solar panels in series to achieve sufficient voltage input, then calculate the number of strings needed to obtain adequate power. Using solar panels with Voc 38VDC, Vmp 31VDC, 265W as an example. Always verify adequate DC voltage input for the system - both Voc and Vmp. Incorrect input voltage will prevent proper inverter operation. If output frequency remains below 50/60Hz even in optimal sunlight conditions, check that sufficient solar panels have been connected. Total power should be at least 1.3 times greater than the rated power of the pumps.
Note: Ensure proper system configuration by following manufacturer guidelines for solar panel connections and power requirements.
