Automated Poultry Manure Removal System
Our hot-dipped galvanized poultry manure removal system features a durable main frame constructed from high-quality galvanized steel sheet or zinc-aluminum board for extended service life. The longitudinal belt utilizes 1.2mm thick white PP material to efficiently transfer manure directly to the end machine, where it drops onto the transversal conveyor system.
System Operation & Working Methods
When activated, the manure cleaning machine operates via motor and reducer through automatic rollers on each layer of the chain. Friction generated between the forced roller and automatic roller drives the manure-bearing belt along the cage group in the length direction, transporting chicken manure to the end section where it's scraped off by the manure scraper.
The conveyor belt system employs national standard cycloidal pinwheel reducers to ensure optimal transmission ratio. The drive roller features a rubber-coated surface that increases friction and prevents belt deviation, while extending manure belt lifespan. Each manure belt tail includes an inclined scraper with two secondary scrapers for thorough cleaning.
The transversal conveyor collects manure dropped by gravity and transports it outside the poultry shed, while the lifting belt elevates manure from the transversal conveyor to truck loading height.
