The aging chamber is suitable for the whole machine device, parts, materials for high temperature accelerated aging test, through the test of the equipment can be checked or evaluated product defects, to quickly find out the problem, provide effective means to solve the problem, fully improve production efficiency and product quality.
This aging chamber can only be used for the test of non-heat dissipation test samples. It is not recommended to test the heat dissipation test samples, because the temperature control of the test chamber is based on the ambient temperature and dynamic temperature compensation, the heat dissipation load will affectthe temperature compensation amount, so the high temperature control ability cannot be guaranteed!
- Testing or storage of inflammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive articles
- The testing or storage of biological specimens with the characteristics of living organisms
- Testing or storage of samples capable of particle radiation and strong electromagnetic interference
- The testing or storage of specimens with high strength and large proportions of bulk expansion
- The total mass of the load placed per cubic meter of studio volume shall not exceed 80KG
- The load of each layer of test material placement rack shall not exceed 20KG
- The load physical volume is not greater than 2/5 of the studio volume
- At any section perpendicular to the wind direction of the inner circulation, the total area of the sample load should not be greater than 1/3 of the cross-sectional area of the studio in this direction. Oversized sample load will affect the air balance and smooth of the studio
