The MCA410/420T series tilt sensor is an advanced, cost-effective tilt angle measurement device developed by RION. It incorporates the latest anti-interference technology and a newly designed micro-mechanical sensing unit. This product offers wide temperature tolerance, exceptional vibration resistance, and long-term stable and reliable performance. Utilizing a non-contact principle for tilt angle measurement, the internal capacitive micromechanical unit detects the gravitational components of the earth to calculate the real-time tilt angle. With simple installation, the sensor can be fixed directly to the object being measured without the need for a fixed shaft or rotating shaft. Multiple installation options are available to accommodate various customer needs. This sensor is ideal for applications in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, solar tracking systems, and other industrial equipment.
