Description
Catalyst is the core and key material of fuel cell. For platinum carbon catalysts used in hydrogen fuel cells, the platinum loading is generally more than 20%.Stability: after 30000 cycles of accelerated aging, the attenuation of electrochemical activity area is less than 30%, and the attenuation of mass activity is less than 30%,no chloride ion can be detected, and the total content of Fenton ion is less than 150ppm.Mea (membrane electrode) prepared with platinum carbon catalyst of Sino-Science Hydrogen fully meets the needs of vehicle application. The data comes from the application verification results of users at home and abroad.
Platinum on carbon is used for catalytic hydrogenations in organic synthesis. Examples include carbonyl reduction, nitro compound reduction, secondary amine production via nitrile reduction, and the production of saturated heterocycles from their respective aromatic compound precursors.
Theory
Hydrogen and oxygen enter the two poles coated with catalyst to produce electrons through chemical reaction. Hydrogen ions and oxygen ions produce water through electron binding reaction, which in turn electrolyzes water to produce hydrogen and oxygen for recycling
Usage
The catalyst is coated on the proton membrane to form a membrane electrode component. The single cell structure is composed of collector plate, bipolar plate, membrane electrode and other components
