We continually invest in the latest CNC lathes, Many turned parts use a single axis. However, the machines here at Xinbo use multiple axis to allow more flexibility. Turning can be combined with CNC milling and other processes to create more diverse shapes

Here at Xinbo, we have over 10 years of CNC machining experience, including manufacturing high quality precision milled and turned prototypes and pre-production components.

Q: Is your company committed to the concept of total quality management?

A:Yes, the quality assurance team will do the first sample inspection and random inspection during the processing to ensure all CNC machined parts meet the quality/technical requirement from the print and the instruction.

Q: How many checks are performed on a project?
A:Usually, products will go through the following four inspections: material incoming inspection, production first inspection, sampling inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. Among them, sampling inspection will be conducted multiple times.

Q: Will you be able to work with our engineering team to review drawings and provide estimated pricing for changes?
A:Yes, our engineering team respond very quickly. If there is anything to be modified in the product, we can offer you an updated price within 24 hours.
