We XinBo Precision has been engaged producing and supplying all kinds of CNC Milling parts over 10 years. Our main customer mainly come from North America and Europe in the Robotics, chemical, equipment, automation filed. We have sufficient experience on reading and understand the print in English, German.

In the past 10 years we’ve build up experienced engineering team, quality team; We review the drawing carefully, don’t accept the order if we can’t meet the print requirement, we don’t ship out the parts if the parts failed to meet the customer’s requirements.

Hong long is the shipping, and what’s the shipping cost?

The parts can be shipped out by your FedEx, DHL, or UPS account or by our DHL account. 4-7 working days to the USA and Europe.

The parts also can be shipped out by your or my courier, normally it’s 20%-50% cheaper than DHL but takes 3-5 days longer.

Why the prototype is so expensive?

There are many reasons caused the the prototype price is high:

• To make one prototype it always has to prepare 2 or 3 materials, it depends on how difficult the module is.
• The time and cost for CNC programing the prototype have to be shared with one part instead of hundreds of parts.
• If the part have to be have the second operation(for example bead blast, anodize), the shipping cost have to be shared with only only one part.
• It’s time consuming to set up the machine, and it’s time consuming to make the fixture, it takes couples hours to make the first part, when the programming and process is proofed workable, the second and the third parts takes much less time on machining.
• Sometimes, it’s unavoidable to make mistake in programming and the process of set up the machine, the risk has to be taken into consideration.
