We XinBo Precision has been engaged producing and supplying all kinds of CNC Milling parts over 10 years. Our main customer mainly come from North America and Europe in the Robotics, chemical, equipment, automation filed. In the past 10 years we’ve build up experienced engineering team, quality team; We review the drawing carefully, don’t accept the order if we can’t meet the print requirement, we don’t ship out the parts if the parts failed to meet the customer’s requirements.

FAQ
When do not make parts by 3D printing?
- Mass production. When you have hundreds or thousands parts to make, the parts can be made by CNC machining, die casting, sand casting, forging, or powder metallurgy, the unit price could be much lower.
- Smooth finish. The CNC turning can get at least Ra0.8 μm roughness, CNC milling can get at least Ra0.8 μm roughness. Currently the 3D printing parts can’t have as fine surface as CNC machining.
- Special material. For CNC machining, you can have different grade material from different material supplier, for example you can select AISI 316L stainless steel for CNC machining, but for 3D printing, you can only have “stainless steel” for option, the material property will have slightly difference.
- Heat treatment. So far the 3D printing metal parts have brittle surface, the machined parts can do heat treatment, so the machined parts could have better mechanical property.
- Tight tolerance. CNC machining can meet very tight tolerance(as tight as μm grade), 3D printing can’t as precise as CNC machining.
