a) How do your factory guarantee the quality?

We deeply know the qualified parts are made from production line instead of guaranteed by quality team. We know our machine, programmer and operator’s well, so we

know which tolerance level can we can meet. For the parts with critical tolerance, we make process plan carefully, all of the machine and inspection tools are calibrated regularly. In production, we our operator inspect the parts, our IPQC inspect the parts, before shipping our OQC inspect the parts. All parts have inspection reports.

b) What equipment are used to inspect the parts?

For the parts with GD&T requirements, we normally use CMM to do the inspection, for the small holes, pin gauges are used for inspection, for the thread lines, we use thread gauge to inspect, for the small and precise dimension, we use micro meter to do inspection.
