Firstly we make all of the parts according to the drawing, if we are not clear with the requirements, we don’t offer quotation before we are clear with the requirements, secondly we evaluate the parts carefully, only only accept the orders which we can meet all of the tolerance, material and finishing and all of the other requirements, thirdly we inspect all of the dimensions according to the customer’s requirements, if the parts failed in the QC process, it won’t be shipped out; Finally we offer customer competitive price to help customer win the market.

FAQ
What will you if the customer found quality issue.
There are couples options:
1.Customer ship it back to us, we repair it and ship it to customer if the transportation cost is low.
2.Repair the parts in customer location, we pay for prepare cost.
3.If the transportation cost is high and can’t be repaired in customer local factory, we remake the parts and ship it to the customer or refund it.
