Firstly we make all of the parts according to the drawing, if we are not clear with the requirements, we don’t offer quotation before we are clear with the requirements, secondly we evaluate the parts carefully, only only accept the orders which we can meet all of the tolerance, material and finishing and all of the other requirements, thirdly we inspect all of the dimensions according to the customer’s requirements, if the parts failed in the QC process, it won’t be shipped out; Finally we offer customer competitive price to help customer win the market.

When will you use the equivalent materials

We don’t use the equivalent material until we got the approval from our customer.

The reasons for we suggest the customer to use the equivalent material are:

Price: the equivalent material have the same or similar chemical content and mechanical properties, but the price is much lower than the specified material.

Availability: for the materials which is not available from China market, we will suggest the equivalent material.

Lead time: for some of the material with long lead time, we suggest the equivalent material to the customer.
