Full automatic P170  maamoul mooncake making machine is mainly desiged for making mooncakes and maamouls with double fillings or double color.The double fillings mooncake production line consists of three machines: P170 Automatic double fillings encrusting machine, Automatic mooncake stamping machine and Automatic tray aligning machine.

The P170 Automatic double fillings encrusting machine is the major machine for making stuffed mooncake dough, the stuffing materials can be fruit paste, jam, chocolate, sweet bean paste, meat, nuts mixture, etc. The P170 Spiral type double filling encrusting machine has total three feeding hoppers, each hopper is driven by double spirals. The third flat feeding hopper is installed on top of machine for making double filling food or double color filled food.

The Automatic mooncake molding machine is the patterns and shapes forming machine. The cutted dough will transfer to the mooncake stamper automatically, and the mooncake stamper will sensor the dough and stamp it.

The Automatic tray aligning machine is the last machine to collect the mooncakes into baking trays in desired order. Finally the mooncakes will be taken for oven baking and packaging.

Automatic maamoul machine can make mooncakes, maamouls, pineapple cakes, filled cookies, stamped cookies, so It is also called maamoul production line in Middle Eastern countries. Unlike mooncake making machine which is warmly welcomed by Chinese people and South-east Asian countries, especially Malaysia, Singapore and Indonisia, the maamoul making machine normally used dates as the stuffing material, sometimes they use smashed pistachios as the stuffing materials.

1. Automatic bar cutting machine 

The automatic bar cutting machine is a separate machine controlled by PLC system with screen panel. It is placed right after the P160 Automatic encusting machine conveyor belt. The automatic bar cutting machine adopts teflon coated carbon steel cutting blade which vertically cut the food into pieces, the cutting speed and food length can be adjusted by control panel. The automatic bar cutting machine can make protein bar, fruit bar, filled date bar, round discs, date roll, cookies, etc. 

2. Automatic ball roller machine 

The automatic ball roller machine is a separate machine controlled by knob of frequency converter, It is also placed right after the P160 Automatic encrusting machine conveyor belt, this ball roller machine consists of stainless steel 304 structure and teflon coated aluminum rolling wheel. The rolling wheel is customized acccording to customer's ball diameter. The automatic ball roller machine can make energy ball, protein ball, cookie dough ball, etc.
