Optional device:

1. Pinching cutter machine 

The pinching cutter machine has six cutting blades for cutting round shape bread like bread rolls, dinner rolls, burgers, humburgers, buns, etc. The pinching cuter machine is placed after the three roller bread forming machine and before the tray arranging machine. 

2. Sesame sprinkler and yolk brusher 

The sesame sprinkler and yolk brusher is used for bread top seame sprinkling and yolk brushing. It is mainly used for bread rolls and buns. The sesame and yolk will make the product shiny and more delicious. 

3. Dough presser 

The dough presser is used for bread dough kneading and pressing before going to the three roller bread forming machine. The automatic dough presser replaces manual kneading to save labor power and time. 

4. Tray arranging machine 

The automatic tray arranging machine is used in the bread production line to collect the final formed bread,It will automatically drop the bread into baking trays uniformly one by one with distance. The tray arranging machine can also be used in other food production line to collect other food.
