Description:

 

400MM belt width industrial chocolate enrobing line is our industrial model chocolate enrobing production line for making chocolate enrobed or coated products for products like candies, candy bars, energy bars, rice crispies, cookies, biscuits, cakes, breads, etc. 

 

The industrial chocolate enrobing line can create one or more than two different “waterfall” of liquid chocolate for two ore more than two different coating and the products that need be coated will move through the chocolate waterfall paste before they move down the Cooling Tunnel. Once coated, the the food will pass under an air curtain and over a vibrating plate to remove the excess chocolate.Then the chocolate coated food will continue to go through the Cooling Tunnel for cooling or drying.

 

Unique design:
 
1. Enrobingspeed control: Our chocolate enrobing machines have adjustable enrobing speed control functions. By increasing or decreasing the enrobing speed, the thickness of the enrobing on each product can be affected. Faster speeds will result in thinner enrobing, while slower speeds will result in thicker enrobing.
2. Viscosity and temperature control of chocolate slurry: The thickness of the chocolate enrobing also affected by the viscosity and temperature of the chocolate slurry. By adjusting the viscosity and temperature of the chocolate slurry, the fluidity and thickness of the enrobing can be changed. Usually, lower viscosity and temperature result in thinner enrobing, while higher viscosity and temperature result in thicker enrobing.
 
In addition, our enrobing machines have multiple additional configuration options that can be added to meet the specific needs of customers:
1. Surface flower device: The surface flower device can create patterns on the chocolate enrobing of the product. This adds visual appeal and uniqueness to the product.
2. Sprinkling device: The sprinkling device allows the sprinkling of crispy and granulated foods such as peanuts and yams onto the chocolate-enrobing product. This provides additional taste and flavor for the product.

How to achieve continuous chocolate liquid feeding?


500L Chocolate melting tank

For continuous chocolate liquid feeding, we customize customer a small size 500L chocolate melting tank, the 500L chocolate melting tank has heating pipes inside which are used to heat and melt chocolate blocks into liquid.

 

Chocolate pump

The 5 M3 chocolate feeding pump is used to connect the chocolate enrober machine and the chocolate melting tank. Chocolate liquid will be transferred from the melting tank to the enrober tank by accurate ration. The jacketed connecting pipes are used to connect all the machines to transfer chocolate liquids.
