Description:

Automatic Snack Food Enrobing chocolate Machine is our smallest model commercial chocolate enrober machine. The small chocolate enrober is equipped with a 1 or 2 meter cooling covneyor with strong cooling fans or cooling tunnel according to customer's requirements. Customer can also choose this small chocolate enrober machine without the cooling conveyor or cooling tunnel, you can take the chocolate coated products to cooling room or refrigerator as the small chocolate enrober is normally used for home use or for shops. 

The mini chocolate enrober machine has total four capacity model for customer to choose: PE8 small chocolate enrober with 8kg chocolate per batch, PE15 small chocolate enrober with 15kg chocolate per batch, PE30 with 25kg chocolate per batch and PE60 with 60kg chocolate per batch. 

The mini chcolate coating machine consists of melting pot, enrobing device and cooling conveyor. The melting pot is the most important equipment which is used for chocolate heating and melting, temperature warm keeping. It can be used to supply the chocolate enrobing or to be used as a manual type chocolate depositor. The commercial chocolate enrober comes with a deposting nozzle which can be mounted on the melting pot, then the depositing nozzle will leak the chocolate liquid to chocolate mould handed manually by hand. 

The small chocolate enrober is also called small chocolate coating machine in some countries, and in some other countries the chocolate chocolate coating machine means chocolate coating pot used for coating beans and nuts. Our chocolate enrober machine is used for covering chocolates on food like candies, candy bars, protein bars, cereal bars, cookies, biscuits, cakes, breads, fruits and other snacks.
