The automatic chocolate Dipped Cookies coating machine is the small chocolate enrobing equipment that we desigend for small scale chocolate industries,which make the customers can use the small chocolate enrober to make the end chocolate coated product,such as chocolate dipped cookies with consistent weight,uniform thickness and perfect finish even if they have very limited opreration space and small chocolate production demand.
The small chocolate coating machine for chocolate dipped cookies consists of small chocolate enrober and 3P Chocolate cooling tunnel or cooling fan conveyor belt.The 3P cooling tunnel can do the fast cooling for the chocolate,the temperature can be up to -18 degree and the length of the cooling tunnel is 3.2m,once the food coated,it will flow into the cooling tunnel and can get cold well so that the customer can direclty do the packing.The cooling fan conveyor is usually used for the food that don't need fast cooling.
The commercial chocolate enrobing machine has 4 models with different capacity for customer to choose: PE8, PE15, PE30 and PE60. For example,the PE15 Commercial chocolate enrobing machine tank capacity is 15kg chocolate per batch.The capacty for PE60 is 60kg one batch,customer can choose different model according to their daily chocolate consumption.
