High Speed Pulley Type Wire Drawing Machines
1. Usage This Kind of machine is an ideal equipment applied to draw high-,medium- and low-carbon steel wire, as well as copper, alumium and alloy wire, the machine is applied to draw wires in nail, screw and rivet making factories etc. The speed of this kind is higher than the normal one, but the price of high speed pulley type wire drawing machine is lower than the straight line one.
2. Structure The equipment consists of main reduction box, die casing, wheel frame, wire brace and electrical control system. the spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor, with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body, the gear pair are lubricated with oil. In order to lower residual heat on the surface of the block, the cooling device is installed in inter-wall of the block.
3. The machine runs with carwl or linkage. The safety halt gear is installed by the position of operation block.
