High Speed Steel Ball Making Machine
Introduction
This machine is designed to manufacture high quality ball-blanks with bearing steel materials such as: GB GCr15, AISI 52100, DIN 100Cr6; stainless steel materials like: AISI 304, 316, 410, 420, 440, etc. and carbon steel ball-blanks with materials like: AISI1010, 1012, 1045 & 1085, etc. It is a form of newly-designed structure, with high efficiency, low noise disturbance, good production accuracy and high material utilizing ratio. Using industry-leading design sleeve material cutting, the product pressure deviation is small, effectively improving the precision of ball blank and saving 5%-8% of material loss more than the common speed machine. No anchoring bolts are necessarily needed for machine installation, hence providing much convenience to end-users.
