Coil Nail Collator Machine
Advanced automatic welding equipment for efficient coil nail production, featuring our latest 3rd generation technology with continuous improvements based on user feedback and technical expertise.
Operation Process
Disordered wire nails or roofing nails are fed into the vibrating feeder, where they align along the spiral passage and travel through a downward groove to the welding wheels. Two copper-plated wires are welded to the nails at a precise 15°-16° angle. The welded nails are then coiled to a fixed length and cut, forming either flat-top or cone-top coil shapes.
An optional rust-proof acrylic resin/lacquer dipping and drying unit can be integrated between welding and coiling processes. Finally, each coil is manually bound with a rubber band.

Technical Notes
(1) Many Chinese users prefer 15.5° angle to accommodate finished coil nails to air guns with 15° or 16°, otherwise an extra S.S. Nail Holding Wheel must be ordered separately.
(2) Recommended welding wire specifications for common coil nails: Copper coated welding wires with diameter 0.6-0.8mm, tolerance +0.01/-0.02mm, tensile strength 300-365 Mpa, elongation ≥ 12%. Stainless steel coil nails require stainless steel welding wires.
