Usage and Features
This machine is divided into two mechanisms -wire flattening & flat wire coiling. The round galvanized or copper-plated wires are rolled into flat wires which are applied to use in stitching works on corrugated cardboard boxes or cartons. It features high speed up to almost 5 times of the traditional type, which has been regarded as a new generation machine for packaging industry. These machines are mainly applied to flatten wires made of mild steel wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire, aluminum wire, and high-tension steel.
