Spool, Removable Spool

Spool discharging machine developed, designed and manufactures by us is applicable for LZ straight line, LT wet, LW slip drawing machines. Features: common V band or narrow V band transmission, moment motor or variable-frequency motor, polished rod or silk rod array, manual or electric lockup, spool ascending via rotation of conical sharpening or automatically via electrics.

Note: Speed and tightening facility are available upon customers' requirements.

Removable Spool 

Removable spool designed and manufactured by us is the optional parts of spool discharging machine. Features: good dynamic balance, simple structure, reliable disassembly. It is mainly used for winding end-product and commercial steel wire. The inner capstan is formed by three or six movabl pieces with groove for packing belt on each piece. The inner capstan is shrinkable, which is different with traditional separte spools. It solves the problem of discharging difficulties in the winding of steel wore. Dimension of spools can be identified according to customers' requirements.
