This machine is specially used to make the head part (umbrella-shaped head) of a roofing  nail. It features advanced mechanism, easier opearation and higher capacity.
 

Roofing Nail Production Flow:

Cap forming (domed nail head press machine/cap former) → cap polishing(polishing machine) → roofing nail making(roofing nail making machine) → galvanizing(galvanizing equipment) → packing.

*Device for making twist/threaded roofing nails is available under request.
