The 225 KVA Three Phase Pad Mounted Transformer is an oil-immersed electrical distribution unit designed for reliable power conversion from 12470V to 208V. This fully sealed transformer structure ensures optimal performance and safety in industrial applications.
Product Structure & Components
  • Transformer Section: Fully sealed construction with options for high ignition point oil or standard insulating oil
  • Control Cabinet: Divided into high-voltage and low-voltage compartments for enhanced safety
  • High-Voltage Room Features: High-voltage cable plug, lightning arrester, load switch operating handle, non-excitation tap switch handle, plug-in fuse, pressure release valve, thermometer, pressure gauge, oil position gauge, oil filling plugs, and drain valves
  • Integrated Components: Load switches, off-excitation tap changers, and plug-in fuses are oil-immersed with the transformer core
  • Connection System: High-voltage cables connect via elbow cable connectors
  • Low-Voltage Capabilities: Accommodates air circuit breakers, current transformers, energy meters, ammeters, voltmeters, and optional output circuits with capacitance compensation
