Introduction of bridge-type scraper reclaimer

Bridge type  scraper reclaimers are designed to be high performance and reliability also in challenging bulk materials, cost effectiveness and long service life are outstanding.

Applications

Longitudinal stockyard bridge scraper reclaimer is widely used in steel, building materials, and energy industries. It is mainly used for pre-blending of raw materials with high performance, such as limestone, raw coal, clay in cement plants, and raw coal in coal power plants.

Working principle

The bridge scraper reclaimer starts from the tip of the pile in the center of the stockyard. The scraper system on both sides of the reclaimer moves back and forth along the reclaimer bridge, and the materials on the whole reclaiming surface are scraped to the bottom of the stack through the scraper teeth on the scraper. With the circular movement of the scraper system along the bridge, the materials falling to the bottom of the stack evenly enter the continuous scraper, are taken away by the scraper, and unloaded onto the belt conveyor. Driven by the traveling drive system, the reclaimer runs along the rail to the other end of the pile to complete the whole blending and reclaiming process.
