The compact screw ship unloader is specifically designed for unloading bulk materials applied to seaport, it`s widely applied to handle grain, cement, and some other bulk materials. The kind of ship unloader is mainly using to unload small vessls.
The convey system of the compact screw shiop unloader is by using total enclosed screw conveyor, so there will be no dust to emission when unloading the vessel. It`s environment firendly.
The screw ship unloader is mainly composed of gantry, turntable, horizontal screw, vertical screw and feeder. Its biggest advantage is that the operation process is carried out in a closed state without dust pollution. Its appearance and weight are smaller than other continuous ship unloaders, but its energy consumption is large. Generally, it is mainly used to unload coal, cement, bulk grain, chemical fertilizer, potassium salt and other bulk materials.
