For surface treatment of local corrosion parts, the oxidized corrosion layer and old coating of the corrosion parts shall be completely removed by spraying, and the exposed metal base metal shall reach grade s2.5. The edges of the treated parts shall be polished with power grinding wheel to form a gradient transition layer so as to have a smooth and smooth surface after paint construction. (compared with the traditional manual grinding, the spraying method can completely and thoroughly remove the rust and old coating in the deep layer of the oxidized or even pitted steel plate, and can form good anchor chain type rough lines, which is conducive to forming good bonding force with the primer.)

 After spraying, the primer shall be manually brushed (roller coated) according to the original supporting scheme to reach the specified film thickness. (hand brushing and roller coating can control the position of primer during construction, do not pollute the original coating on the edge, and also effectively control the consumption of primer)

 Brushing or spraying can be used for the construction of intermediate paint to reach the original supporting construction film thickness. The edge area shall be protected and shielded by spraying. The shape of the shield shall be "mouth" shape to form a regular appearance effect (the edge protection of intermediate paint construction can effectively control consumption and ensure the appearance effect)

Topcoat Construction: if the local repair scheme is adopted, the topcoat can be directly sprayed or brushed to meet the original design thickness requirements after the intermediate paint construction meets the thickness standard and meets the requirements of point 3. If the scheme of full construction finish is adopted, the outer surface of the whole tower shall be thoroughly cleaned after the intermediate paint construction reaches the thickness standard. Cleaning method: use 80-100 mesh abrasive cloth to scrub the coated surface, remove the powdered layer, dirt and dirt on the surface of the old coating, and use chemical cleaning to remove the oil stain on the part with oil stain, so that the coated surface can be completely cleaned and then the finish coat can be sprayed.
