Silico Manganese Description
Silicon Manganese alloy in the steel has a strong deoxidation capacity, With a high content of Si and Mn alternative silicon calcium barium, silicon aluminum barium to change the distribution of impurities in the liquid steel form, Refine the grain, improve the processing performance of steel, play an important role to improve steel quality.
Silicon Manganese alloy is an alloy made of manganese, silicon, iron and small amounts of carbon and other elements. Silicon Manganese alloy is used as compound deoxidizer, also reducing agents of the production of low-carbon ferromanganese and manganese silicon thermal power production. Manganese and silicon are the main alloying elements in the steel. Manganese is one of the main deoxidizers in steel-making process, further more, almost all kinds of steel are required to use manganese deoxidation.
Silico Manganese Feature:
1.Mainly used as alloy additives and deoxidizer in steelmaking.
2. Used as alloy agent ,widely applied to be widely applied to alloy steel, such as structural steel, tool steel, stainless and
heat-resistant steel and abrasion-resistant steel.
