Ferro Silicon Manganese alloy in the steel has a strong deoxidation capacity with a high content of Si and Mn alternative silicon calcium barium, silicon aluminum barium to change the distribution of impurities in the liquid steel form, refine the grain, improve the processing performance of steel, play an important role to improve steel quality.

1. Silico-manganese alloy is an alloy composed of manganese, silicon, iron and a small amount of carbon and other elements. Silico-manganese alloy is a compound deoxidizer commonly used in steel-making, and also a reductive agent for the production of metallic manganese by low carbon ferromanganese and electrothermal silicon

3. Both manganese and silicon in the Mn-Si alloy have a strong affinity with oxygen. When manganese-silicon alloy is used in steelmaking, the melting points of the deoxidized products MnSiO3 and Mn2SiO4 are 1270℃ and 1327℃, respectively, which have low melting point, large particles, and easy to float , good deoxidation effect and other advantages.
