Silicon Calcium Description
Silicon-calcium alloy is an effective deoxidizer and desulfurizer for the production of high-grade steel. Although silicon itself is a powerful deoxidant, calcium is stronger. In addition, calcium and silicon are used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulphide inclusions, thereby improving the fluidity, processability, ductility and impact properties of products.

Silicon Calcium Application
Si-Ca alloy is mainly composed of silicon and calcium elements. The Ca content is 24-31%, Si content is 55-65%.It’s an ideal deoxidizer and desulfurizer.
1. In steel industry, used as deoxidizer and desulfurizer.
2. In converter steelmaking,it can be used as warming agent.
3. In cast iron production, it can be used as inoculant.

Packaging Details: water-proof plastic woven bag, 1000kg per bag or as your requirements.
Delivery Time: Within 20 days after receipt of prepayment.
