Barium Silicon Description
Silicon barium alloys are used as high-quality deoxidizer, desulfurizer and Casting inoculant in steelmaking. Silicon barium has a high density, is easy to precipitate, and has a more sufficient deoxidation effect. It is especially used in the production of special steels that require high deoxidation effects.

Barium Silicon Application
In Casting:
1. The inoculation is suitable for gray cast iron and nodular cast iron.
2. The deoxidization effect more thoroughly, better than the other deoxidation alloying agents, joined the amount is 75 # ferrosilicon 35-50%.
In Steelmaking:
1. Containing barium 105-35% of silicon barium alloy used for steelmaking deoxidizer, high utilization, desulfurization ability, better than the calcium silicon alloy.
2. Silicon barium alloy after joining, can make the nature of the non-metallic inclusions in steel and the important changes in the distribution.
Packing & Delivery
1.Conventional packing ton bag or small bag inside ton bags(20,25,50 kg per bag).
2.Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.
3.It also can be arranged according to the customer request.
