Barium Silicon Description
FeSiBa is a commonly used inoculant, suitable for both the Grey Iron & Ductile Iron. Ferro Silicon Barium Inoculants are Low Melting Point Inoculants used to improve the Graphite nucleation and reduces fading. The ideal combination of Barium, Calcium & Aluminium give the alloy an excellent chill control & inoculating effect over longer holding periods over a wide range of applications.

Barium Silicon Use
1. Strongly increase the graphitized core, refine graphite, promote the production of a-type graphite in gray cast iron, improve the strength, for nodular cast iron can make graphite in nodular iron small, round, improve the level of spheroidization.
2.Barium Silicon Inoculant can effectively reduce the supercooling degree of hot metal, promote the precipitation of graphite, significantly reduce the tendency of white hole, reduce the relative hardness, and improve the cutting performance of castings.
3.The sensitivity of wall thickness is small, the uniformity of section is improved, and the tendency of shrinkage and loosening is reduced.
Packing & Delivery
1. Conventional packing ton bag or small bag inside ton bags(20,25,50 kg per bag).
2. Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.
