Ferro Silicon Barium Description

Ferro Silicon Barium (FeSiBa) inoculant is an inoculant for gray cast iron. Gray cast iron inoculated by the inoculant will shorten the graphite and round the tail to reduce the concentrated stress.

Ferro Silicon Barium (FeSiBa) can increase the degree of eutectic undercooling, refining the eutectic cluster, promoting graphite nucleation, strengthen the pearlite matrix, improving the material properties, and significantly improving the strength performance and casting performance of gray cast iron.

1. Significantly increasing graphitization core, refine graphite, promote the A-type graphite in grey iron and graphite tending to be round in ductile iron, improve spheroidizing level;

2. Immensely reduce the chilling tendency, reduce relative hardness, improving cutting performance;

3. Strong recession-resistant capability, prevent inoculation and nodulizing recession;

Packing & Delivery

1.Conventional packing ton bag or small bag inside ton bags(20,25,50 kg per bag).
2.Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.
3.It also can be arranged according to the customer request.
