Ferro Silicon nitride is a mixture whose the main ingredient is Si3N4, along with free iron, ferro silicon and small amounts of other components. Used in refractory, ferro silicon nitride is a kind of gray or dark brown powder. Used for steelmaking, ferro silicon nitride is off-white granules .

1.Ferro silicon nitride powder is mainly used for large blast furnace taphole stemming

2.A small amount for iron groove material or other monolithic refractories.

3.Granular ferrosilicon nitride is mainly used for oriented silicon steel or other steels which use nitride for increasing strength (e.g., HRB400 steel bar).
