Ferro Silicon Nitride, also known as Fe-Si3N4, which is mainly contains Si3N4 - Silicon Nitride, along with Free Iron, Non-nitride Ferro Silicon and small amount of other compounds. Refractory used Ferro Silicon Nitride is gray-white (or dark brown) powder. Steel making grade Ferro Silicon Nitride is gray-white granular material.Ferro Silicon Nitride is a new excellent refractory materials, which can replace the expensive Silicon Nitride to be used for Taphole Clay of large blasting furnace.

1.Ferro silicon nitride is the additive for production of silicon steel. Mixed in metal melt, it can make metal have good room temperature and low temperature strength, good corrosion and thermal shock resistance.

2.FeSi-nitride powder is an important raw material for the production of tap-hole clays for blast furnaces, has an outstanding feature of sintering-supporting, anti-errosion, low-cost.

3.The product applies to smelting of stainless steel,special alloy steel,special fireproof material;and used widely in national defense industry, electronic industry and foundry industries.
