Ferrosilicon slag is one of the main additives for smelting pig iron and casting iron. It is a kind of raw material with relatively good performance in price. Ferrosilicon slag can increase the temperature of molten iron and facilitate the discharge of steel slag. 1.Ferrosilicon slag can be used in the common casting of cast iron in slag smelting, etc. Ferrosilicon slag can improve the furnace temperature, increase the fluidity of molten iron, discharge slag effectively, increase the label, and improve the toughness and cutting ability of casting.

2.In the process of stainless steel smelting by electric furnace, silicon slag is used as reducing agent to improve efficiency and output.

3.It is used to be made ferro silicon briquette which has far and wide market at home and abroad.
