High-carbon silicon is a new type of alloy for converters. It can replace ferrosilicon, silicon carbide, carbon reductant, reduce the amount of deoxidizer, and be used in converter smelting deoxidation alloying process. The effect is stable, chemical composition, mechanical properties and internal control of steel. The quality is superior to the traditional process. Its characteristics: improve the quality of molten steel, improve product quality, improve product new energy, reduce the amount of alloy added, reduce steelmaking costs, and increase economic efficiency.

High Carbon Silicon Application
1.High carbon alloy is a good substitute for ferro silicon in steel making, which has advantage in reducing the making cost and reusing resource.
2. High carbon silicon is used to be made silicon briquette which has far and wide market at home and abroad.
3. HC silicon is used as deoxidizing agent in steel making to reduce oxygen levels in the melt via reaction.
Packing & Delivery
1.Conventional packing ton bag or small bag inside ton bags(20,25,50 kg per bag).
2.Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.
3.It also can be arranged according to the customer request.
Remark: specification and size can be optimized by per customer' requirement.
